- Kalpa Patra products are sold on an enquiry basis only. No purchase is complete until confirmed by us.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is due at the time of delivery. We may add additional payment methods in the future.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship pan-India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics partners, location or circumstances outside our control. Free shipping on orders above ₹499; ₹49 shipping charges apply otherwise.
5. Returns & Refunds
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at smartpicproducts@gmail.com with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Handmade and natural products may have minor variations that are not considered defects.
